What payment methods are available?
We have wire transfer, SWIFT payments. You can also pay us through your shipping agency in Singapore.
Which ports we deliver to?
We deliver to Singapore ports. and are about to start in other 6 ports in future.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We prefer that the order be placed about 3 to 4 days before delivery date. This gives us ample time to prepare the order carefully. If you have limited time available, please write to us and we will try our best to accommodate the order in that time.

You send us an inquiry with the products you need, we respond to you with a quotation. You review and ask for changes if needed. If you are happy, you place an order with us. Then, we start preparing your order and deliver it on the date you ask us to.

How about the warranty of the products?
There is no warranty on perishable goods. For other items, warranty is determined and honored by the manufacturer.
